Qlink and Suddenlink are both connected to the same service so if you already have Suddenlink, you may not get approved for Qlink. I actually ended up with two phones (one from each company because I didn't know). But later received notice that due to the mistake, I would have to give up one of my plans. I kept Qlink because they gave me a better phone which is similar to the picture shown above. While Suddenlink sent me an old school phone ... in case you don't know its the kind that only gets one game and you cant do much else but use it for calls. All phones are refurbished and will not come with an SD card which bothered me, since it has a camera on it but heck FREE is FREE.
