They can be combined. And, I got my hubby a Fannie May Heart Box of Truffles for free (everyone loves chocolates right, even men)...Total was $31.98 and I had 2 $20 savings passes (so there's a little over $8 left but they don't sell anything that cheap) - Pretty cool freebie! The soonest I could get it to arrive is Monday February 16th - so it will be a little late...

I got my savings pass today, use the code FREELUV for free shippig, and the great thing is they will ship today. But there is a limited choice of what they can send today. and not much under $40.00 with my 20 pass and free shipping i still paied 20 bucks oh well. its well worth it.
