Toronto Free-Net - Free Internet Access in Toronto
The Toronto FreeNet (TFN) is a not-for-profit public information utility that provides the residents of the Greater Toronto Area with free Internet access. The Toronto FreeNet project has been strongly endorsed by the community. The members of its working groups (over 60 volunteers!) are drawn from many diverse fields.
The TFN is designed to be a diverse resource for a community of more than 2 million residents. Special efforts will be made to attract and provide access by the information disadvantaged, including the physically challenged, the elderly, ethnic and other minority groups.
