You know deathbyguitar, just because you think smoking is nasty and blah blah does not give you no right to bash this posting, or bash other smokers. Just because you dont prefer smoking, does not mean others think that way. Next time try keeping opinions to yourself, and off these posts. Well I dont want to die from your stupid choices either. But you know what, we are smokers, we are human beings as well. If your going to look down upon us just because we smoke that is wrong. Do we look down on you all because you all DONT smoke? No. Do you all critcize us because we smoke? Yes. Do we critcize you all because you dont? No. I think you should stay in the alley, and not be around smokers. How you like that one? Yeah thats what I thought. You think people are bad because we smoke. You know what, its our choice, just like its your choice to be around it. Dont like it? Oh well. Its apart of life that you have to deal with, just like we have to deal with the blabbering of you non smokers. So if we dont look down on you for not smoking, have the common courtesy to do the same for us. And another thing, if your going to shove us off into some alley because of a choice we make, God only knows what you would do to your kids or someone you care for when they make a choice that you think is "disgusting".

Amen to that Naomi, we are not lepers despite the way you non-smokers treat us. We don't yell and scream and give people lip when they drink around us, which is just as bad for your body. Some people need to understand that most of us want to quit, its just not as easy as you'd like to think it is. Try getting addicted to heroine and then quit... its harder to stop smoking cigarettes, they've proven it.

Thank you Kelly! I was wondering if I was the only one going to say anything!LOL! I agree they want to treat us like we are lepers. I could not agree more with the drinking thing either. I want to add to that as well, you (non-smokers) may have a bad habit that may or may not be good for your health or anyone elses, but do you see us harping down your throats about it? Nope! Maybe we should! I also want to thank baby for posting this, I am a firm believer in smokers have rights too! I agree again with you Kelly, some of us do want to quit, like some may want to stop drinking, or doing drugs, or some bad habit they may have, but its a proven fact that ciggarettes are the hardest to quit, and the most addicting. So like Kelly said go get hooked on heroine or some type of drug for that matter, do it for years, then try to quit, or better yet, listen to everyone harping down at you because your doing "nasty" things and harming others. Now when you try to quit imagine that 5X harder. Thats what its like for most of us to TRY and stop. But with you all harping down at us it sure dont help none.

Bambimtt, thank you for not looking down on people who DO smoke. I agree we all have had a nasty habit. I am sorry to hear that you did loose 2 loved ones because of smoking. But it is a very hard habit to kick, even though we all know that it can kill us, but like I said its a hard habit to kick! I do commend you for trying to help us! Thank you very much!
