Tried it and it still works. It's one of those forms that blinks after submitting.

oh i filled it out and it blinked. i thought that meant it wasnt going to work. i didnt get a confirmation email or anything though..i hope it comes!

Thanks babybarnplus... I have several second-hand purchased discs that are scratched heavily (Though they still play, they look bad, and I can't resell them in that condition).

These will help me out considerably.
