Free 10 min Calling Card

I signed up for this....got my PIn and tried to use the "card" from a payphone--it said I had only $1.00 left on the card! I never used it! So, I called customer service, the guy told me to try using it again in 45 minutes. I tried when I hung up with him, still said I had $1 balance. I told guy on phone that, "oh, so this must be some sort of scam then, right? To try and get me to add money to the 'card'?" He told me to try again in 45 minutes to use the card.

Anybody else have any problems with this? TIA, --Margaret
