I filled it out and got this Error... Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'Source', table 'CWC_Email.dbo.EmailAddress'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails. The statement has been terminated.

If you use an email that is in their system you get that Error you have to use a different one..
