YAL chapters nationwide are called to join together for their activism project titled, "Government Gone Wild: Spring Break with the TSA" to inform fellow students about their rights before they travel or get pulled over by the police.
To help chapters participate, they have put together a free Activism Kit you can apply for and detailed instructions for hosting a film screening and tabling event. The chapters with the best and most creative activism events that recruit the most new members will compete to receive over $1,000 in cash prizes.
Kit will include:
- One Unisex TSA Costume (shirt, tie, badges)
- One DVD: 10 Rules for Dealing with Police
- One bag of Spring Break Beads
