people... until we find a way to educate the masses that Diabetes is two (or more) conditions that result in much the same result... PLEASE do not call all Diabetes by the same name!
You are talking about Type 2 (or "adult onset") diabetes... NOT type 1.
Type 1 CANNOT be cured by... well... anything... it is simply impossible. Type 1 diabetics do not have any insulin in their system and MUST inject insulin... in order to live they must. Do not mislead anyone into thinking that they can control with diet (unless you're talking about starving to death in order to keep blood sugar levels from climbing, but even then... just before death the blood sugars would climb as the body begins to use other means to balance things out... then death).
Please Dr. Jacob... or any other person hocking crap for Type 2 diabetics... label the disease correctly.
