Here is just one example of the terms and conditions that apply to this "offer":

To qualify for the $25 Direct Deposit bonus, simply set up a recurring Direct Deposit within 60 days of opening your account, and make a minimum of two Direct Deposits of $100 or more each at intervals not exceeding 35 days. The minimum Direct Deposit amount is $50 per deposit for customers who opened an account on or before 5/1/2010. Also:
•A recurring Direct Deposit must be set up from your payroll or benefits provider. PayPal, loan, balance transfers, merchant deposits and tax refund transactions do not make you eligible for the bonus.
•Only one bonus is payable per account.
•Bonus is not available if you received a Direct Deposit bonus from a previous offer.
•If you upgrade your account and receive a new card, the date you opened your existing account will be used for purposes of the bonus offer.
The $25 bonus will be posted to your account 65 days after your first direct deposit if you meet these requirements and your direct deposit is still active.
