Instant Winners
*If You scratch a Scratch Card and it states that You are an "Instant Winner," this shall serve as notification that you have won the prize stated on that particular Scratch Card. You will be prompted to register or to validate Your registration information. You will receive a "Contact Notification" email from them within seventy-two (72) business hours. The Contact Notification will be sent to the email address that you provided at registration. The Contact Notification will ask the skill tested question required to claim your prize. If you do not respond and cannot or do not answer the skill tested question within fourteen (14) days after they send the Contact Notification, they may award the prize to an alternate winner.
b. Alternate Winners
If You are an Instant Winner and they cannot reach you or you do not respond to them, they may award your prize to an alternate winner selected at random. They may extend the Promotional Period for a limited time and/or increase the number of Instant Winners during the current Promotional Period at their option. They are not responsible if you cannot be contacted because you provided erroneous or incomplete information to them upon registration, or if you use or employ measures to block your timely receipt of emails. If they cannot notify you as provided herein, or if you do not respond to them, you will be deemed to have forfeited your prize. Their decision about all winners and/or the award of prizes is final.
