Paper Printables offers free printable downloads for papercraft hobbies. They supply 3D decoupage printable kits, backing papers, instructions and they add new designs all of the time.

Everything on the site is free and up for grabs - very handy for card making, scrapbooking and all sorts of other papercraft hobbies.

I have checked the link and it works. I wonder if you were having trouble getting the printables. All you have to do is right click on the large image you want and 'copy' it to your clipboard. Then (in word or adobe or whatever) - right click on 'paste' and resize the image to your requirements before printing. I have not had any others reporting problems.
