It does say it...at bottom of page in a little square box it says something to the effect of new sign ups get a 15 dollar GC..it does come..check your junk mail. And another note it does require CC info..and shipping is $8 on all orders under $50 so factor that in when your browsing...I signed up and got the GC but cannot use it cause I dont have a CC :(

Thanks, I didn't see it at the bottom, I just knew it came straight to my inbox. Sorry you can't use it though.

It's still a bargain for those who can. There is a necklace and cell phone case that would be free and you only have to pay the shipping.
